Girl Power (10-13)
Dayclub & Leadership Program for Girls
Fun, active and educational.  Give a variety of activities a try this summer such as yoga and aqua size while gaining your Babysitters Certificate and CPR A ticket.  Team building and craft activities, Karaoke, pampering afternoons and other tween activities are planned.  Please bring a lunch, swim suit, towel and active wear.  learn more

Junior Lifeguard Camp (6-12)
Kids will learn attitudes and skills that could one day save a life – their life, or someone else’s.  The Junior Lifeguard Camp is designed to let kids participate in activities similar to those of real lifeguards – in a safe, fun and controlled setting.  Friends can join together even if they are of different ages and abilities.  Participants must be able to swim at least 25 meters and tread water for 2 minutes to sign up.  learn more

Water Ratz (6-12)
Summer Aquatics Camp for Kids
Develop your swimming skills, work on your dive, give water polo/underwater hockey/synchronized swimming a try, take the handstand challenge, learn how to do a flip turn, play sponge tag, have a water fight – the Water Ratz get to do it all this summer.  At least 3 hours of pool time everyday!  Please bring a lunch, plenty of healthy snacks and water along with your swim suit, several towels and active wear.  Must feel comfortable in the water.  learn more

Red Cross Swim Camp (5-9)
Have your kids learn valuable swimming skills and water-safe attitudes this summer.  This program includes 2—45 minute Red Cross swim lessons along with other in and out of water activities.  Loads of educational fun!

Babysitter SUPERSTAR Course (10+)
Do you want to become an aquatic and babysitter superstar?  Learn the basics of babysitting and earn your Red Cross Babysitters Certificate while also working on your junior lifeguarding skills.  What a great combo – serious fun for serious kids!  Includes swimming, mini first aid kit, manual and a kid approved snack each day.  Please bring a healthy lunch and swim gear.  learn more

Ice in My Veins (8-11 & 12-14)
High Performance Conditioning and Skills Camp
This camp is designed to condition and improve the skills of intermediate to advanced level players that are looking for that midsummer ice fix.  This program uses traditional hockey drills with a focus on endurance, speed, and agility to enhance a player’s ability to perform on the ice.  The drills are challenging and are performed at a level which requires discipline and stamina.  This is not a beginner camp, previous hockey experience is required—coached by Hockey Canada certified Development Level 1 Coaches. 

8-11 Year Olds

Coolest Game on Earth Hockey Camp
6-12 years 

If you don't have very much hockey experience this is the camp for you.  Learn basic hockey skills and have fun completing on and off ice training.  Tons of game time, cross training and over 2.5 of ice time every day.  No previous hockey experience required.

Dash & Splash Camp
6-12 years

This program includes a 1/2 hour skating lesson every day plus structured and free time skating and swimming sessions (at either the indoor or outdoor pool), sports, crafts and outdoor fun.  Program fee includes all facility drop-in fees and skate rentals.

Ice Quest Skating Camp
6-12 years

Fun, skating and games is what this camp is all about.  This program provides an introduction into the world of ice-skating and is ideal for beginner skaters that want to improve their skills.  This program will help you decide what ice activities to sign up for in the fall.

Time: Monday - Friday 10:00 am - 3:00 pm

Little Rascals Hockey Camp 
3 - 5 years
Learn basic hockey skills and play a real hockey game every day!  On and off ice training.  Coaches will introduce your child to the world of hockey through drills and skill development.  Parents are encouraged to stay and watch.  At least 1.5 hours of ice time every day.

Mach 1 Camp
6-12 years 

Team Leaders will take the adventurers on daily off site excursions.  Each day will include either swimming, skating or both, off site activities to the outdoor pool, water park, RCMP station, fishing pier, and daily messy food challenges.  The focus of this camp is cold/wet fun, personal and group challenges and good times with new friends.  Program fee includes all facility drop-in fees, skate rentals and transportation.

Pre School Ice Quest Camp
3-5 years

Enjoy playing a variety of games on the ice while developing your skating skills.  This program has the beginner skater in mind with the emphasis on FUN!  1.5 hours will be spent on the ice everyday and other off ice activities that develop coordination and balance are planned.
